President: Angela Brown
As a Financial Advisor in Jacksonville with North Florida Financial Corporation and The Guardian, Angela focuses on attracting talented individuals to the Financial Services career as well as serving clients through a comprehensive approach to financial balance. With over 13 years of experience in the financial services arena, Angela specializes in the areas of Business and Executive Solutions, estate and retirement planning, and wealth management. Through the use of strategic planning, Angela’s mission is to educate and empower her clients to achieve financial security at every stage of business and life.
President Elect / Secretary: Stephanie Perkins
In 2004, Stephanie transitioned from the financial services industry into the insurance industry. She began her insurance career with a local Nationwide Agency and completed her degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida in 2007. Upon completing her degree, she earned the designation of Accredit Advisor of Insurance in 2008 and earned her Certified Insurance Counselor in 2015. She has over 10 years’ experience as a personal lines advisor and joined the Aon team in 2015.
Treasurer: Cindy B. Bohn
Cindy has been part of the Swindell, Bohn, Durden and Phillips team for more than 20 years. Clients benefit from her experience, which spans more than three decades and her focus on serving small businesses and the people who own them. Cindy is responsible for providing tax compliance and planning, accounting systems design and QuickBooks setup and training. She is also passionate about supporting women who are facing life-changing circumstances, such as the death of a spouse or divorce, with compassion, patience, and understanding.
Director of Membership: Catherine Underwood
Catherine and Matthew have recently moved to Ponte Vedra from the Chicago area. Catherine holds a B.S. in Human Resources from Ball State University and an M.A. in Communication from Purdue University, and LUTCF and FSCP designations from The American College. Catherine has over 7 years of experience in Insurance and Financial Services as an agency owner and looks forward to working with clients in Northeast Florida.
Director of Programs: Jana R. McCreary
Jana R. McCreary, owner of McCreary Law Office, P.A., graduated with her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, in 2002, later earning her Master of Laws at Southern Methodist University. She opened McCreary Law Office in 2014 to provide personalized and individuated estate planning services for clients, focusing on plans that seek to provide peace of mind, protection of assets, and assurance for loved ones. Her practice also includes Elder Law, through which Jana works to help clients sort out complex family and financial situations often faced by seniors and persons with disabilities.
