All members are welcomed and encouraged to attend a board meeting to see the inner workings of your chapter. Board meetings are five times a year on the first Tuesday of the month in January, March, May, September and November. Look for your EventBrite invitation for full details!

Guides and supervises the business and operations of the chapter and chairs all meetings of the Board and Executive Committee.
· President Elect
Works in coordination with the acting President as a facilitator of special projects and in the executive ladder to assume the role of President at the next Board year.
Provides required notices of all board meetings, attends all Board meetings to record Board votes and meeting minutes, and ensures all chapter records and reports are properly kept and filed. In the executive ladder to assume the role of President Elect at the next Board year.
Responsible for corporate funds and securities and keeps full and accurate account of all Chapter receipts and disbursements.
· Membership Director
Charged with leading initiatives to help retain existing members and promote chapter growth by attracting new members
· Programs Director
Responsible for securing program speakers and coordinating meeting details with our meeting facility for our monthly meetings.
· Public Relations/Communications Director
Responsible for assisting with website management, press releases, member communications, and developing our brand in the community.
· Sponsorship Director
Responsible for creating and pursuing strategic opportunities to engage firms in our community and coordinate all sponsor activities for the chapter.
Special Committees / Chairs
· Community Service Chair
Responsible to organize community service events and outreach opportunities for the chapter
· Hospitality Chair
Responsible for attendee check-in at each meeting as well as greeting members and guests. Maintains attendance records and shares with board for follow up activities.
· Special Events / Social Chair
Responsible for organizing quarterly socials and special events including our annual holiday party.
· Student Affairs Chair
Responsible strategic engagement with local universities and college staff and student body organizations to generate an active student membership base of future leaders.
